Feedback2Me ("we", "our", "the app") is a personal feedback collection service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our mobile application and related services.

• Account information: When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name, email address, and a unique user identifier. If you sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we receive Apple's private relay email address.
• Profile information: Display name and optional handle you provide during profile creation.
• Feedback data: Comments, mood ratings, relationship tags, and optional creator survey responses submitted through feedback links.
• Usage data: Link creation timestamps, feedback counts, and purchase history.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate your identity and manage your account.
• To create and manage feedback links on your behalf.
• To generate AI-powered feedback reports and audience analysis.
• To process in-app purchases and manage link credit balances.
• To provide customer support when you contact us.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and hosting.
• Apple / Google: Sign-in authentication and in-app purchase processing.
• AI Services: Feedback text is processed by AI models to generate reports. Text may be anonymized and aggregated.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Feedback data is kept for report generation. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Export your data in a portable format.

8. Account Deletion

To request account deletion, send an email to support@feedbacktome.app from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and permanently delete all personal data, feedback links, and reports associated with your account.

9. Children's Privacy

Feedback2Me is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

10. Payments

In-app purchases (link credits) are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store payment card details. Every purchase is a single, one-time charge; we do not bill you on a recurring schedule.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
