1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Feedback2Me ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Feedback2Me is a personal feedback collection platform. Users create unique feedback links, share them with others, and receive anonymous feedback. The app uses AI to analyze and summarize collected feedback into reports.

3. Account Registration

To use core features, you must sign in using Apple or Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.

4. Free and Premium Features

• Free demo: Each account receives one free demo link (10 minutes, one feedback response).
• Premium links: Available through individual link credit purchases. Premium links remain active for 24 hours and accept multiple responses.
• AI reports: Available to all users with collected feedback.

5. In-App Purchases

• Premium link credits are one-time purchases processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
• Each link credit grants one premium feedback link (24 hours, multiple responses).
• Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
• Link credits are non-refundable once used to create a link.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for harassment, abuse, or illegal activities.
• Submit feedback containing threats, illegal content, or spam.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access other users' data.
• Use automated tools to generate feedback or manipulate reports.

7. Content Moderation

Feedback containing severe profanity, hate speech, or extreme insults may be moderated by AI before appearing in reports. This helps ensure reports remain useful and respectful. Original submissions are not permanently altered; moderation applies only to report display.

8. Intellectual Property

The Feedback2Me app, its design, features, AI models, and branding are owned by Feedback2Me. You retain ownership of feedback text you submit. By using the service, you grant us a license to process your content for report generation and service improvement.

9. Disclaimers

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• AI-generated reports are for informational purposes only and may not perfectly represent all feedback nuances.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or content of feedback submitted by third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feedback2Me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@feedbacktome.app.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be notified through the app or email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
